What lovely images. I love Japanese art and culture. Thanks for the link. I wonder if the monastery is Japanese style - I've always thought 'sukiya' architecture as well as Japanese gardens - especially Zen style gardens - would be very Carmelite.
Hi Terry-
I like the different Madonnas she has done, also. Was trying to post some pix of another artist recently, but I think there is a block on her work that keeps it from being uploaded- although I do have some of her work in my archives. I probably should try & get permission before I repost the pix- but anyway, here's the link to another artist you might like- Wislawa Kwiatkowska:

This is one of my favorite things you've posted!
Thank you too, Thomas.
When you have the chance, check out the link I posted in the comment above yours.
I went up a directory to the main gallery link (http://www.udayton.edu/mary/gallery.html). Wow! They must have hundreds of different painting posted!
But my favorite is still the Japanese gallery.
That’s a fabulous picture.
Glad you like it Nick -
I found her work while I was looking for something else:)
Oh, that's nice.
I agree -
Her work is lovely:)
