Saint Michael the Archangel, defend us in battle.
Be our protection against the wickedness and
snares of the devil. May God rebuke him, we
humbly pray; and do Thou, O Prince of Heavenly
Host - by the Power of God - cast into hell, satan
and all evil spirits, who prowl about the world
seeking the ruin of souls. Amen.

Well, I would think that most people would agree that there is evil in the world. & this reminds those of us who do believe in God, that at some point in the future, it will no longer be an option.
