Funny, Mary Magdeline doesn't look look like the Apostle John.
This particular portrait of Mary Magdalene was done by Bernardino Luini in the 1500's...
I admire the artists of ages past, who had to paint such a subject by their description-
All this years before photography was around to capture actual images, or visually record an event.
